Shipping, Processing Times and FAQs

Shipping

All orders will ship out VIA Canada Post in a plastic shipping bag or cardboard shipping box.

No lettermail available, all orders will receive a tracking number. 

All orders from Sunday through Friday will ship out on the following Saturday. Please check the site for updates on any delays! (An email will be sent out should there be a delay, please remember I am a mom!)

Processing Times

All orders will take 1-5 business days to process and package! Your order will ship out the following Saturday after your purchase. All Saturday orders will go out the following Saturday. 

Refunds

If your order is not what you expected, you find a defect or it does not fit, a tracking label will be provided to you to send your package back. Once your package is returned and all items are in the state they were sent in, you will receive a refund. (If you would rather an exchange, please let me know via email and we can sort out an exchange!)
